The tournament really sets the city alight, especially now that the Brabant Girls Cup and Top Oss Cup have joined forces. The football matches are played at various sports complexes within a two-kilometre radius of the stadium and, on Friday evening, participants receive free entry to the tropical swimming pool. The match schedule promises excitement right up to the last minute. Then it’s time to celebrate and the prize ceremony and farewell party are highlights. There are tournaments that are unique in their kind, of which the Den Bosch Easter Cup is one. 120 teams play at least 5 exciting matches in three fantastic sports accommodations, at a stone’s throw from De Vliert stadium, professional FC Den Bosch’s home base. It’s all fun and games outside the realm of football as well. The participants’ celebration is scheduled for Saturday night, and then there is of course the option to take a dip in the Sportiom swimmer’s paradise - or a visit to Efteling, the world-famous fairy tale theme park. The city of Den Bosch is proud as a peacock of the tournament and supports the organisers where possible. Den Bosch is not only a true sports city; it has also been awarded the title of most hospitable city of the Netherlands the past four years in a row.
